Your driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall. The driver will wear a sign with the name indicated by you during your reservation. Our drivers typically wait in the arrivals hall for 1 hour after your flight lands, allowing you enough time to clear customs and collect your luggage.
Furthermore, several hours before collection, your attendant will send you an email with information about your driver (e.g. name and WhatsApp number). Please see your booking confirmation and email with driver details for more information.
If you cannot find your driver immediately, please contact us or the driver via whatsapp. Rome Airports also offers free Wi-Fi so you can contact us via email, or you can always ask at the airport information desk to call our customer service.
