If you are in a hurry, don’t want to wait or simply prefer to go at your own pace and not depend on other travelers, you can book our private transfer service between Rome Airport and your hotel. The car will be just for you (and your companions if you are traveling as a couple, with friends or with your family) and will take you directly to your hotel or wherever you tell it to go.
PICK UP ROME AIRPORT
Reservations can be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation pick-up date. Once you land, a courteous and experienced local Rome Air-Port Shuttle driver exclusively at your disposal will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it, as soon as you exit the baggage claim area and enter the public lounge landing.
If you are in a hotel or apartment, the driver will be waiting outside the building. If you have the possibility to park your vehicle, you can sometimes wait at reception. This is the best way to start your city trip!
IMPORTANT: You must have a working cell phone so that we can call you if there is an emergency, such as a breakdown or simply if the driver cannot find you.

Mercedes Mini Van: Capacity: 7 passengers + 7 large suitcases and 4 small suitcases.
Van: Capacity: 8 passengers + 12 large suitcases and no 5 small suitcases.
