Airport Pick up

Your driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall. The driver will use a sign with the name indicated by you during your reservation. Our drivers usually wait in the arrivals hall for 1 hour after your flight lands, allowing you enough time to clear customs and claim your luggage.

Also, several hours before pick-up, your operator will send you an email with information about your driver (eg name and whatsapp number). See booking confirmation and email with driver details for more information.

If you cannot find your driver immediately, please contact us or the driver via whatsapp. Rome Airports also offer free Wi-Fi to contact us by email, or you can always ask at the airport information desk to call our customer service. Our attendants will ensure that the driver locates you immediately.

Flight Delays

Our driver will check your flight arrival time and show you when your flight has landed. No additional cost in case of flight delay.

Waiting Time

After your flight lands, you have 1 hour to meet your driver at the meeting point; this is usually more than enough to collect your luggage and passport controls. If you expect to take more than 1 hour from your arrival, please contact our helpline immediately to notify the delay.

For the one-way transfer to the airport, our driver will be at the requested time at the pick-up location, whether it is your hotel, residence or company. After reception, they will start the journey to the destination airport in a comfortable and safe way. We advise you to plan your pick-up time so that you arrive at the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight, in the case of intercontinental flights we recommend a minimum of 3 hours in advance.

Hotel pick up

Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or reception with a sign with your name, which you indicated during your reservation. Time: 10 minutes wait
