When we arrived in Rome after a long flight, it was wonderful to see our driver waiting for us with our name on a sign. He was quick and efficient. There happened to be a taxi strike that day, so everything didn’t go according to plan (he dropped us off near but not at our hotel, and we shared the ride with others). Still, we got where we needed to go safely.
