Your driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall. The driver will wear a sign with the name indicated by you during the booking process. Additionally, several hours before picking you up, our attendants will send you an email with information about the driver (e.g. name and mobile phone number).
If you have any questions, you can always call our dispatchers on site and they will make sure the driver finds you right away. Furthermore, our rates already include one hour of waiting time in the arrivals hall (counting from 10 minutes after your plane’s actual landing time), so in case it takes an extra minute at customs controls: there will be no problem.
