Pick up at the airport
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of the airport. The driver will be wearing a sign with the name you indicated during your booking. Our drivers usually wait in the arrivals hall for 1 hour after your flight lands, allowing you enough time to clear customs and collect your luggage.
Additionally, several hours before your pick-up, your driver will send you an email with information about your driver (e.g. name and WhatsApp number). Please refer to your booking confirmation and the email with your driver’s details for more information.
If you are unable to find your driver immediately, please contact us or the driver via WhatsApp. Rome Airports also offer free Wi-Fi to contact us by email, or you can always ask at the airport information desk to call our customer service. Our drivers will ensure that the driver locates you promptly.
Hotel pick-up
Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or reception with a sign with your name, which you indicated during your booking. Waiting time: 10 minutes
