PICK UP ROME AIRPORT
Your driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall. The driver will wear a sign with the name indicated by you during your reservation. Our drivers typically wait in the arrivals hall for 1 hour after your flight lands, allowing you enough time to clear customs and collect your luggage.
Furthermore, several hours before collection, your attendant will send you an email with information about your driver (e.g. name and WhatsApp number). Please see your booking confirmation and email with driver details for more information.
If you cannot find your driver immediately, please contact us or the driver via whatsapp. Rome Airports also offers free Wi-Fi so you can contact us via email, or you can always ask at the airport information desk to call our customer service. Our attendants will ensure the driver locates you immediately.
Free waiting time
For airport pick ups the driver will wait up to 60 minutes from the flight arrival time, at no extra cost. If you are held up at customs, immigration, baggage claim or lost luggage, you should contact us to ensure that the driver will wait, even after the waiting period has ended. In these cases, there may be a charge for additional waiting time after the end of the free period.
Flight Tracker
We monitor all flight arrivals to ensure that in the event of delays, no costs will be charged for delays or waiting time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated and the driver will arrive at the meeting point when your flight arrives. If your flight is cancelled, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
You can make changes to all your reservations. We do not charge fees for making changes or updates to your reservation.
Cancellations
No cancellation fee will be charged as long as the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the booked transfer time.
