Your driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall. The driver will use a sign with the name indicated by you during your reservation. Our drivers usually wait in the arrivals hall for 1 hour after your flight lands, allowing you enough time to clear customs and claim your luggage.

If you cannot find your driver immediately, please contact us or the driver via whatsapp. Rome Airports also offer free Wi-Fi to contact us by email, or you can always ask at the airport information desk to call our customer service. Our attendants will ensure that the driver locates you immediately.

We monitor all arrivals and departures that our chauffeured vehicles connect with. Ongoing flight monitoring is carried out to ensure that we are ready to react to any last minute changes that may occur. We will also check your itinerary to make sure it is realistic and notify you immediately if there are any changes.
